An Alternative to Time Management Seminars
You have heard about time management seminars but do you know what you will learn from one? The answer is simple – tips and strategies that help you optimize your time and get the most out of each working day. At a time management seminar, you will learn to identify the habits, values, or methods that stop you from reaching your goals – either short-term or long-term. Once you have mastered this important self-examination process, you are then shown the different techniques for minimizing interruptions, avoiding time-wasting activities, and handling your schedule efficiently.
Time management seminars are helpful – there is no denying that. The problem, though, is that not everyone has the money or the time to go to one. I was one of those who did not have both resources but I am proud to say I managed to learn time management skills anyway. How? I read Martin Avis’ ’14 Days to Total Time Control’. The ebook is written by a former procrastinator. It is a good guide to making the best use of time. It is an easy read because it provides strategies that are very workable and doable. It is written in a language that is easy to understand and is highly entertaining to boot! I recommend it to anyone in need of time management lessons but does not have the time or money for it.
